Finishes:

SLA
|
|
Basic - The basic option involves very
little post build finishing. Generally, the part will be post cured as
needed and the support structures removed before completion. When this
option is selected, the finished part will have stair stepping that is
clearly visible. This is commonly referred to as ‘strip and ship’.
|
|
Standard - The standard option includes
sanding and/or bead blasting to remove the stair stepping effect as well
as the removal of support material and post cure operation as in the basic
finish. When this option is selected, the surface will have a matte finish
with a minimal amount of stair stepping visible.

removal of all excess powder and basic sanding to remove surface roughness
and a majority of the stair stepping effect.

|
Standard - The standard option involves
the removal of all support structures and basic finishing of any rough
areas. When this option is selected, the part will still have visible

Cyanoacrylate - The Cyanoacrylate option
involves removal of all excess powder and smoothing of excessively rough
areas. The part then will be infiltrated with cyanoacrylate (super glue)
to give it strength.
|
|
Z Max Epoxy - The Z Max Epoxy option
involves removal of all excess powder and smoothing of excessively rough
areas. The part then will be infiltrated with an epoxy resin which makes
parts much stronger.
